What your registration includes and how materials reach you.
On-site materials
For in-person programs, printed manuals, workbooks and any included seminar materials are distributed at the venue on the first day of training. Bring a valid ID and your professional license for verification at registration.
Digital materials
Where a program includes digital resources, access details are emailed to the address used during registration. Please add our email address to your contacts so instructions are not filtered as spam.
Shipped items
If a program includes items that must be shipped, delivery is arranged within the Philippines to the address you provide at checkout, and timelines are confirmed by email. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — redelivery caused by incorrect details may incur an additional charge.
Damaged or missing items
Report any damaged or missing materials to thrivex.seminars@gmail.com within seven days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
