A continuing education initiative, built around access
Thrive-X is the brand of Integrative Therapy Seminars Training Services, a Philippine-based initiative that organizes international courses, workshops and mentorship for healthcare professionals here at home.
Most clinicians reach a point where the cases in front of them are more complex than what their current training covers. Finding specialized education for that can be difficult here, and going abroad usually means travel, visas, time away from work and a significant cost.
So we work with international institutions and educators to run their programs in the Philippines. The sessions are hands-on: demonstration, practice, correction and clinical reasoning, with groups kept small enough that you actually get feedback.
We are a growing initiative, not a large organization, and a lot of what we do depends on relationships with educators we have learned from ourselves. If a program is not a good fit for you, we will say so.

The founder
Who is behind Thrive-X
Thrive-X organizes programs in areas we have actually trained in. The background below is here so you know who you are dealing with.
Adrian Lim is a Physical Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in rehabilitation, lymphatic care and chronic pain management, with further training in integrative and osteopathic manual therapy.
He is completing a Doctorate in Manual Therapy under the Ola Grimsby Institute, and is a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Vodder School International, assisting lymph education programs in the Philippines, New Zealand and Australia.
He founded Integrative Therapy Seminars Training Services in 2019 to organize international certification programs locally, so that Filipino clinicians have more chances to access this kind of education close to home.
