Cancellation & Refund Policy

Seat confirmation

A seat is confirmed only once registration details are complete and payment has been verified by the Thrive-X team. Confirmation is issued in writing together with the schedule and venue.

Cancellation by the participant

• Cancellations must be requested in writing by email before the program start date.
• Where a refund is granted, bank and payment processing charges are deducted from the amount returned.
• Registration fees are not refundable once course materials have been released or the program has commenced.

Transfers and substitutions

Subject to seat availability, a registration may be transferred to the next cohort of the same program, or to another licensed professional from the same institution, when requested in writing before the program begins.

Cancellation or postponement by Thrive-X

If a program is canceled or rescheduled by Thrive-X, participants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled dates or request a full refund of fees paid to Thrive-X.

Travel and accommodation

Thrive-X is not responsible for travel, accommodation or related expenses. We recommend arranging refundable bookings until your seat is confirmed in writing.
